all the below is for glass only
some pattern surface glass cannot be done (suction cups will not hold)

Sizes below given in inches. We also work in the Metric system.

Minimum size approximate 6x6 - cost increases for backer plate under approximate 12x12
Maximum size approximate 83 x 112, or 60 x 166, or 89 circle, (if necessary, absolute maximum is 112 x 166).
 
The tooling we currently have on hand includes:

Beveling   Fancy bevel mirror  (curves and patterns great but maybe if you just want straight lines it's better to send it out)

Width of bevel or multiple bevels:

On 1/8 glass -- 0 to 1-1/2 any size standard 6angle but it depends on below angle (only on backer plate)
On 3/16 glass -- 0 to 1-1/2 any size standard  angle but it depends on below angle (backer plate needed when over 1" bevel)
On 1/4 glass and up -- 0 to 2 any size standard  angle but it depends on below angle (backer plate needed for over 1" bevel)

Angle of bevel

0 to 45 (this changes maximum size of bevel of course)
Inside radius
@ 1 bevel width 3 minimum inside curve radius note: bevel becomes more concaved
@ 2 bevel width 6 minimum inside curve radius
Inside corners 180 to 90 (these are tough to do)

Edging

Pencil - Straight or Curved edges (patterns)

1/8 (3mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
3/16 (5mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
1/4 (6mm) minimum inside radius 1" (25mm)
3/8 (9.5mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
1/2 (12mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)

Flat

Straight sides

Thickness 1/8, 3/16, 1/4", 3/8, 1/2", 3/4"

Curved sides (patterns)

Minimum inside radius is 2 (note: not as good as straight line polisher)

1/4 (6mm) minimum inside radius 1 (25mm) also satin inside corners to diameter
3/8" (10mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
1/2" (12mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
3/4" (20mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)

3G (sometimes called triple pencil)

1/2" (12mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
3/4" (19mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)

OG

3/8" (10mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)
1/2" (12mm) minimum inside radius 5" (125mm)

Engraving

(satin only and some chips) (similar to router tooling of lettering or design with flat sides and bottom only)

3/32" (2mm) 0.1mm depth
(6mm) 0.1 to 0.3mm depth
3/8 (10mm) 0.1 to 0.3mm depth (not set up)
(20mm) 0.1 to 0.5mm depth

Grooving  fancy grooving

(note entry and exit triangles are at least 5/8(16mm) and tip placement tolerance is +- if groove runs off edge of glass then there is no entry triangles. Line placement tolerance +-1/32")

Minimum size (approximate 4 x 6 )
Maximum size on rubber table 70+ x 37+
Maximum piece size 110 x 157
Minimum radius on curve is 6 radius
Minimum groove length is 3

Plate Grooves

(we like plate groove)
See U shape round bottom grooves

V grooves (minimum radius of this groove is 6(150mm))

1/8" (3mm) (satin or polished)
1/4" (6mm) (satin or polished)
3/8 (10mm) (satin or polished)
5/8 (15mm) (satin or polished)
3/4 (20mm) (satin or polished) (this one is on hand but not setup)

Note: there are some more V grooves tools on-site but not set up or unpacked yet

U shape round bottom grooves

(no minimum radius) (if extra deep plate groove then light chipping)

5/16" (8mm) (satin or polished) (This is a good Plate groove size. Plate groove is normally satin)
3/8 (10mm) (satin or polished) (This is a good Plate groove size. Plate groove is normally satin)
Flat bottom grooves  satin sides (minimum radius of this groove is approximately 8" (200mm))
5/8" (15mm) (satin or polished) (finger pull size) (polished not setup) (light chipping)

Hole drilling

(hole can be routered to any size! If bigger than diameter) (raw routered holes have chips!)

1/8" glass on up

(6.5mm) diameter hole or larger
No edgework
1 (25mm) diameter hole or larger
Finish edging available on thick glass only - rough Satin seam edging type
2 diameter hole or larger
Finish edging available on thick glass only polish and satin on both Pencil and Flat edgework
5 diameter hole or larger then any type edgework listed above is available.
Even beveling on holes over 4.5 in diameter

Sawing

Straight lines only (leaves a very rough cut) (slightly higher risk for breakage if used on customer's glass)

Currently lots of chips
3/16" though 1 glass thickness (3/32,1/8)?

Routering

1/8" glass on up

To any shape (leaves a very rough cut with chips) (slightly higher risk for breakage if used on customer's glass)

(Chips are all removed with any finished edgework)

(6.5mm) diameter for short distances
1 (25mm) diameter standard
